The Kitsap Peninsula is more country than city, but you would never know it by the variety of international cultures that color the land. From museums showcasing the history of the Native Americans, to Scandinavian towns, to memorials honoring local Japanese Americans, the peninsula has a unique flair that draws in visitors and residents alike. But that’s not the only thing making it a great place to live.

According to Irene Wurden, the second generation of a multi-generational Wurden family legacy and one of the top producing brokers in all of Kitsap County, “We offer exceptional waterfront properties and acreage at a fantastic value. This, coupled with the area’s great fusion of culture, makes it extremely attractive to the international second home buyer.” Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty has been instrumental in driving growth within the Kitsap market and is among the fastest growing firms in Kitsap County.
