- Managed internal content for Washington Trails magazine, from conception of content to final copyediting. Coordinated organization’s annual photo contest—and 2,600+ submissions. Served on WTA’s fun committee and single-handedly planned annual holiday party. Presented informative and entertaining lessons on grammar to entire organization and served as resident copy expert.

- Coordinated work assignments for 3-person writing team. Coached individual writers on brand voice and quality of copy; copyedited their work. Developed and disseminated extensive style guides to increase cohesion of company communications. Presented fun and entertaining lessons on grammar to entire organization.
- Program Administrator and Craft Care Specialist, Help Hospitalized Veterans (2007)
- Responsible for administration of program distributing $100k of therapeutic arts and crafts supplies annually at the Biloxi VA Hospital. Publicized program throughout hospital and local community. Recruited, trained, and managed team of active volunteers. Increased arts and crafts distribution at Biloxi VA by more than 100%. Increased patient-donor communication by more than 400%.
- Manager of Hurricane Katrina Relief, First Presbyterian Church of Bay St. Louis (2006)
- Managed a 150-bed volunteer center and corresponding short-term volunteers from all over the world. Coordinated work assignments for team members. Worked with media to share vision with the greater community. Mitigated between different interests and different points of view in the rebuilding process. Built and maintained strong relationships with all parties.
- International Expansion Intern, Tchibo Germany (2005)
- Functioned as sole American consultant for international expansion to U.S. Led 5-member team in security-audit of entire global supply chain. Regularly reported to CEO of U.S. Operations and 20-member steering committee. Unique skills and performance led to unprecedented 120% raise within 3 months; extension of contract.
