    • Sold DimpleDough customization solutions to other companies and managed large accounts. Charged with relationship building and representing the company at industry events, including trade shows. Brainstormed new marketing ideas and wrote marketing content. Developed and managed the Greater Good program, whereby employees donated their time and talents to the Cleveland Food Bank and the Sudanese Lost Boys of Cleveland.
  • Craft Care Specialist and Program Administrator, Help Hospitalized Veterans

     

    • Help Hospitalized Veterans is a leading non-profit serving U.S. veterans that has distributed more than 21 million therapeutic craft kits and $285 million in the 30 years since their inception.

       

    • Responsible for administration of program distributing $100k of therapeutic arts and crafts supplies annually at the Biloxi VA Hospital. Ordered and maintained all equipment and supplies. Publicized program throughout hospital and local community. Recruited, trained, and managed team of active volunteers. Served as official HHV liaison to Veteran Affairs Voluntary Service (VAVS) advisory committee. Established and staffed regularly scheduled clinics for patient rehabilitation; organized bedside visits when appropriate. Increased arts and crafts distribution at Biloxi VA by more than 100%. Increased patient-donor communication by more than 400%.
  • International Expansion Intern, Tchibo GmbH (Germany)

     

    • Tchibo, GmbH, with their retail stores and successful coffee brand, is one of Germany’s oldest and most well-known companies with annual revenues of 4 billion Euros and 99% brand recognition.

       

    • Functioned as sole American consultant for international expansion to U.S. Led five-member team in security audit of entire supply chain. Facilitated company-wide training seminars on American culture and supply chain security. Traveled throughout Germany to perform job functions. Regularly reported to CEO of U.S. Operations and 20- member steering committee. Unique skills and performance led to unprecedented 120% raise within 3 months; extension of contract.

    • IBM is one of the largest and most profitable information technology employers in the world, with over 388,000 employees in 170 countries.

       

    • Presented sales materials and pitches to industrial customers in Germany. Developed unconventional solutions to win the business of potential customers. Broke down barriers in the fast-paced sales environment by cultivating meaningful relationships with repeat customers.
